The LEED Gold standard house located in the Historic Lower Garden District is nearly complete.  It was designed for one amazingly energetic young couple for their family of four.  As a result of the home’s location, age and the proposed addition, it was required to be reviewed by the Historic Landmark District Commission and their Architectural Review Committee.  Through the miracle of conversation, we were able to gain conceptual approval in less than one month!
