Plays well with others.

Let’s let this be the measure of how we select our team.  It is rather elementary, but quite relevant in today’s cut throat economy.  “Do not covet your ideas,” says Paul Arden in It’s Not How Good You Are, It’s How Good You Want To Be. Play well and share.  We must accept others ideas in this design team and use critical thinking skills to ensure that the best ideas are put in play.  No idea should be dismissed without thoughtful consideration.  Who knows, some of those ideas may be useful on other jobs or in other situations later.  Of course, all this sharing in the process allows us to share in the rewards too.  That is the key to any successful job.  And so my opinions are still free, and I would love to hear yours too!
